McGlinchey Welcomes Litigator Brad Barback to Baton Rouge Office

Brad has diverse experience representing clients on both sides of the courtroom in a wide array of commercial litigation matters in state, federal, and appellate courts, including in jury trials. In his construction practice, Brad represents owners, contractors, design professionals, insurers, and other industry stakeholders on everything from contracting to workforce and jobsite matters to post-project completion litigation. In business and commercial litigation, Brad handles disputes among businesses and professionals, including litigation involving financial and real estate transactions, breaches of professional duties, and insurance coverage issues. He is licensed in all Louisiana courts. Brad holds a J.D./D.C.L. from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center and a B.S. from LSU.
