Rudy Cerone Named Among Lawdragon’s 500 Top U.S. Bankruptcy Lawyers for 2023Read Time: 2 mins
McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that Rudy J. Cerone has been included in Lawdragon’s 2023 list of 500 Leading U.S. Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyers. Rudy is a Member (Partner) of the firm and Chair of the Creditors’ Rights, Financial Restructuring, and Bankruptcy Group.
Lawdragon publishes annual guides which list leading attorneys in a variety of industries. Nominations are submitted by readers and chosen based on recent achievements and career highlights. The attorneys on this year’s list range from transactional lawyers to financial litigators, both of the traditional bankruptcy court variety and those who challenge and defend financial restructuring moves that have become inherent to distressed deals. They hail from a variety of firms ranging widely in size and scope.

He counsels secured lenders, bondholders, equipment lessors and other stakeholders in workouts, bankruptcy proceedings, and collateral recovery involving multiple industries, including retail, health care, gaming, cannabis and energy. He also defends clients against lender liability claims, class actions, and sanctions proceedings.
