Elisabeth LeBlanc is a corporate and transactional attorney who advises public and private clients on a range of corporate matters, including formation, governance, and operations, as well as mergers and acquisitions and securities work. She has managed matters related to commercial transactions, state tax credit programs, and securities filings.
With a range of experience, Elisabeth has experience as in-house and outside counsel in the lending and legal fields. She has worked on transactions valued up to $500 million for public and private companies as well as private equity firms in the energy, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, technology, and retail industries. She prides herself on researching the nuances of each issue she faces and on negotiating the best position for her clients.
While earning her law degree, Elisabeth served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Fredericka Homberg Wicker in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal of Louisiana and as an in-house legal extern with a large hospital group.
