I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and believe that all litigants deserve zealous representation, from corporate leaders to small business owners. I find the competitive nature of corporate defense invigorating. Putting my skills to work in high-stakes litigation is my favorite part of this field.
George M. Imbraguglio, Jr. works on litigation matters across multiple industries, representing maritime vessel owners and operators, trucking carriers, exploration and refinery facilities, and others involved in transportation, energy, manufacturing, and heavy equipment. He litigates claims ranging from products liability, asbestos, and mass torts, to premises liability, property damage, accidents, and personal injury. George also handles various commercial litigation matters.
His ten years of experience in municipal government prior to law school afford George a unique perspective into case organization and court proceedings uncommon among defense attorneys. Taking a meticulous and efficient approach to each matter, he develops a thorough understanding of his client’s legal issues and lays out a comprehensive, adaptable course to meet their goals. George prides himself on breaking down sophisticated legal issues and communicating clearly and efficiently with clients.
After law school, George clerked for Judge William “Billy” McGoey in Louisiana’s 34th Judicial District Court, and for Judge Daniel Dysart in the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. He also worked for seven years as Community Development Block Grant Program Manager and infrastructure project manager for St. Bernard Parish.
