Katherine Zellner is a litigator who handles casualty, professional liability, and business disputes. She primarily represents Realtors, brokers, attorneys, businesses, business owners, non-profits, and others in commercial litigation. Katherine has argued in oral hearings, deposed expert witnesses, and handled cases in arbitration, mediation, and trial.

Previously, Katherine practiced as the briefing attorney for Hon. Larry Weiman of the Texas 80th District Court and worked for the Community Advocacy Team of Lone Star Legal Aid’s Equitable Development Initiative.
