His clients range from tugboat owners, marine facilities, and grain terminals to barge fleeting and midstream buoy terminals where ships load and unload. In matters from commercial disputes to investigations, Kevin works with everyone from management and in-house counsel to crew members, all the way up to the company’s president. In the insurance realm, Kevin has handled insurance matters concerning automobile coverage, homeowners insurance coverage, and flood insurance coverage via NFIP carriers.

Whether a client faces an issue over a fairly recent collision or an injury that occurred years ago, Kevin approaches the situation by taking the necessary time to investigate. He prides himself on conducting a thorough initial analysis, which might involve meeting a deckhand or finding somebody who knows more information to bolster his client’s case. Nevertheless, Kevin acts as efficiently as possible to determine the right amount of resources to be allocated, treating the client’s money as though it were his own.

During law school, Kevin developed an interest in maritime law, and he has focused his practice on this area for most of his decade-long legal career.
