McGlinchey Grows Northeast Presence with Boston, New York Hires

Joining the Consumer Financial Services Litigation and Commercial Litigation practice groups are Jack I. Siegal (Member/Partner) and Jameson Pasek (Associate) in Boston, and Asher A. Klein (Of Counsel) in New York City.

“We are thrilled to add senior attorneys with significant experience both delivering excellent client service and mentoring fellow attorneys to our Northeastern footprint,” said Anthony Rollo, who chairs McGlinchey’s nationwide Commercial Litigation and seventy-attorney Consumer Financial Services Litigation practice groups.
Jack is an experienced trial attorney with numerous first chair bench and jury trials to his credit across his twenty-year career. He has successfully managed a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, financial services litigation, creditors’ rights cases, white collar criminal matters, regulatory proceedings, and government investigations. He has a breadth of experience at the state, federal, and appellate levels, and in arbitration.
Asher comes to McGlinchey with more than a decade of experience in financial services and bankruptcy litigation, particularly in the real estate context. He represents clients ranging from large corporate lenders to small credit unions. Asher has significant trial experience in state and federal courts representing clients in all manner of commercial and civil litigation matters and has supervised attorney teams dedicated to delivering seamless client service.
Jameson has worked on matters including securities litigation, employment, bankruptcy, intellectual property disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, product liability, and D&O litigation. He has particular experience in real estate and mortgage-related issues, as well as medical malpractice.

The Boston office, which opened in June 2019, is McGlinchey’s newest.
