Serving our clients well depends on attentive listening. I pride myself on paying close attention to the way each problem is presented and working tenaciously despite any obstacles. Practicing law requires adaptability and a constant willingness to learn, and I enjoy the opportunities for creativity that this field presents.
Hannah Stierwald primarily represents employers in workers’ compensation, transportation defense, and premises liability claims. She litigates matters in state and federal court and defends insurers’ interests given the nuanced issues at play in Louisiana state courts.
Hannah is particularly skilled at digesting the facts of the case, identifying potential strengths or weaknesses, and preparing recommendations to assist clients in determining case plans.
Prior to joining McGlinchey, Hannah interned for the Hon. Joy Cossich Lobrano and worked as a legal secretary for the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also worked as a Summer Legal Extern in the Enforcement division of the U.S. Financial Regulatory Agency (FINRA), and as an office administrator for financial advisors.
