Since I was a child, I have wanted to be an attorney. I come from a family of business owners, and I’ve seen them navigate the complexities of the legal system firsthand. I aim to guide businesses through complicated issues efficiently while informing them of their options at every step. I thrive on research, so the more complex an issue, the more I enjoy the work.
Jon-Kaden Mullen focuses his practice on financial services and commercial litigation. He primarily represents financial institutions such as mortgage and loan servicers, banks, auto and manufactured housing lenders, and real estate entities. Comfortable in the courtroom, Jon-Kaden has experience presenting oral arguments, arguing (and winning) motions, negotiating cases to settlement, and preparing witnesses for deposition and trial.
Taking the approach that his clients’ time is money, Jon-Kaden prides himself on efficiency, speaking plain English, coming prepared with answers, and proactively keeping them informed. As matters advance, he keeps his clients in the loop and isn’t afraid to shift course as the circumstance warrants.
During law school, Jon-Kaden clerked for the Alabama Attorney General’s office, where he gained experience drafting motions for summary judgement and appellate briefs. He also clerked for the St. Clair County Circuit Court and interned for the Calhoun County District Attorney’s Office.
