Nick O’Conner is an Associate in McGlinchey’s Tampa office. His practice primarily comprises consumer actions and collections actions in Texas state and federal courts. Nick offers clients a wealth of experience defending against claims brought under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), as well as breach of contract disputes, fraud, and related matters. Nick has also handled a wide array of commercial litigation matters. He has appellate experience and is a certified mediator.
