Three McGlinchey Attorneys Named 2023 Florida Super Lawyers, Rising Stars

Joe Apatov litigates on behalf of financial services clients in both state and federal courts, with an emphasis on defending banks, mortgage lenders and servicers, private-label card issuers, and automobile finance companies. He has worked extensively with several major consumer protection statutes. His experience also includes representing financial institutions in complex mortgage foreclosure litigation. A substantial portion of Joe’s practice involves consumer class action litigation. He has been recognized in Florida Rising Stars since 2018.
Adina Pollan has more than 17 years of experience as a trusted counselor whose versatile practice spans every point along the corporate life cycle, from bankruptcy and commercial litigation to corporate formation, governance, and transactions. Her background spanning Big Law, boutique firms, and solo practice affords her a unique capacity to advocate for the interests of business and individual clients in a wide variety of contexts. She offers particular familiarity with the bankruptcy courts and processes for clients in financial distress. Adina was recognized in Florida Rising Stars from 2012-2018. This is her third year being named to Florida Super Lawyers.
Chase Stoecker is a versatile attorney who supports clients nationwide with employment counsel and commercial and financial services litigation. In his employment practice, Chase drafts and advises on documentation such as employee handbooks, compensation, and non-compete agreements. In his broad commercial litigation practice, Chase works with clients in a wide variety of business disputes, from breach of contract actions to property management and premises liability, contested mortgage foreclosure actions (both commercial and residential), and actions involving consumer protection statutes. He has been recognized in Florida Rising Stars since 2018.
