On September 30, 2025, Member Jeff Barringer will co-present “State Spotlight – Navigating Evolving Regulatory and Legislative Frontiers.” This panel examines recent developments in state licensing that may have ripple effects across the states, alongside new trends in legislative activity targeting fee transparency, foreclosure, technology, and Community Reinvestment Act standards. Attendees will gain timely insights into how state legislative sessions concluded this year and how these developments may impact operational risk, policy development, and long-term compliance strategies.
