Hannah Kunc Named to 2026 Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars

Hannah Kunc focuses her practice on financial services and commercial litigation. She primarily represents mortgage and loan servicers, banks, auto and manufactured housing lenders, and real estate entities. She counsels clients on consumer financial services matters in the mortgage, auto finance, consumer protection, and data privacy contexts at the state and federal level. In particular, she defends clients related to the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, and related UDAAP (Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices) laws.
