McGlinchey Attorneys Named to Mid-South Super Lawyers List for 2025

Christopher Bottcher has been recognized by Super Lawyers in the area of Business Litigation. His practice spans all 50 states. Chris represents financial institutions, mortgage servicers, health care providers, hospital equipment manufacturers and refurbishers, and other businesses in a broad range of financial services and commercial litigation. He regularly advises clients in matters involving trade secrets, non-competition agreements, and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. Chris’s work with lenders includes real estate litigation and the defense of toxic tort claims. He also represents clients in products liability actions, business disputes and fraud claims, and he counsels partners and shareholders in litigation and dissolution proceedings. Having cultivated trust-centered relationships with his clients, Chris advises them on day-to-day business operations in a variety of industries.
Shaun Ramey has been recognized by Super Lawyers in the area of Business Litigation. Shaun is a litigator, trial lawyer, and trusted advisor who represents clients in a broad variety of litigation and transactional matters. He has a national practice representing financial services providers, mortgagees, loan servicers, banks, car and manufactured housing lenders and ancillary product providers, and real estate entities in consumer financial services litigation. Shaun represents these entities in individual and class actions in suits alleging fraud, breach of contract, and violations of consumer protection statutes such as the Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). He also counsels clients on compliance, default, collection, and general loan and servicing operations.
