McGlinchey Expands National Financial Services Litigation Team with Addition of Five Attorneys

These additions follow the recent arrival of Rhiannon Funke (Of Counsel, Seattle), who joined the firm earlier this year. Rhia brings two decades of experience and a deep familiarity with legal issues at the intersection of real estate and financial services.
Christopher Bolduc represents clients from the insurance, financial services, and real estate industries. He handles matters ranging from employment litigation to first-party and third-party insurance claims, homeowners associations (HOA) and landlord/tenant issues, construction claims, and other contractual and commercial litigation. With more than a decade’s experience in personal injury law, Chris also worked with the Clerk of Courts in Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit Court and volunteered with the Veterans Law Institute. He holds a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and a B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.
Kylie Krupilski advises and defends mortgage servicers, loan servicers, investors, automobile lenders, credit card issuers, and FinTech companies. In previous roles, she supported entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate governance matters. Kylie graduated magna cum laude with a J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and was a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court. She holds a B.A. in International Studies and Global Development from the University of Kentucky.
Jonathan McKinney represents auto finance companies, mortgage servicers, and banking institutions in litigation. Particularly familiar with the nuances of Texas state law, Jonathan has drafted a wide variety of substantive motions and has obtained favorable summary judgment rulings in numerous contexts. With litigation experience on both sides of the aisle, he handles motion practice and oral arguments to witness preparation, depositions, and settlements. Jonathan holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law, where he received the Varsity Moot Court Top Speaker Award and was on the Dean’s List. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Psychology.
David Mullen’s practice includes defending banks, mortgage lenders, and other financial institutions in litigation in state and federal courts. Previously, David built out collections and litigation processes for a ten-county area in Northeast Ohio as part of an experimental attorney collections division within a Fortune 300 bank. He has a great deal of consumer collections experience spanning individuals to large financial institutions. David also has litigation experience on both sides of the aisle in the environmental, class actions, employment, personal injury and mass torts, criminal, immigration, and administrative law contexts. He holds a J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Akron with B.A.s in English and History.
With a decade of experience as a litigation paralegal before she began practicing, Michelle Proctus has worked across complex commercial civil, securities, and class action cases, as well as family law. Her practice includes creditors’ rights, bankruptcy matters, residential foreclosures, and title matters as well as financial services litigation. Michelle has bench and jury trial experience, including voir dire, and is also a certified mediator. A career legal professional, she has held in-house paralegal positions at large technology companies and worked in firms of all sizes. Michelle holds a J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law and graduated cum laude from Boston University with a B.S. in Paralegal Studies.
