McGlinchey’s Baton Rouge Office Moved to II Rivermark Centre
Read Time: 2 minsAs previously announced, McGlinchey’s Baton Rouge office has moved into II Rivermark Centre in downtown Baton Rouge after 32 years in its former location. With five decades of service to clients across the state and nationwide, McGlinchey is reaffirming its presence in Baton Rouge with a flexible, tech-forward workspace designed to support hybrid work, client collaboration, and continued expansion.
“The Baton Rouge office is excited to be here in our new home in II Rivermark. Having everyone together on one floor in our new, modern space opens an exciting new chapter for growth and client service,” said Zelma Murray Frederick, Office Managing Member.
The Baton Rouge office is McGlinchey’s second largest, with 46 employees including attorneys, clerks, legal staff, and firm administration. McGlinchey occupies an entire floor in the commercial portion of the Wampold Companies’ newly renovated Rivermark Centre, formerly known as the Chase North Tower. The firm previously occupied various floors and offices in One American Place since 1993, when McGlinchey merged with the law firm of Rubin, Curry, Colvin, and Joseph to open the firm’s Baton Rouge office.
Attorneys based in the Baton Rouge office are leaders in commercial litigation and appeals, corporate and real estate matters, employment, regulatory affairs, education, and energy law — all key to Louisiana’s economy. By staying downtown, the new location keeps them close to the industries and institutions they serve, including state agencies, colleges and universities, and regional businesses.
Founded in New Orleans in 1974, McGlinchey celebrated its 50th anniversary last year. The firm was supported in its commercial leasing efforts by Property One. WHLC Architecture supported the architectural layout and design for the II Rivermark office space.
